What to Bring
For your hike, we recommend wearing comfortable walking shoes and dressing in layers, as Madeira’s weather can change quickly throughout the day. Bring water and light snacks to stay hydrated and energized, and don’t forget a raincoat and sun protection, the island is famous for having “four seasons in one day.”
Who Can Join the Hikes
Most hikes are suitable for adults and families, but children under 12 years old or shorter than 1.35 m must be pre-approved.

Transportation & Return
Transfers are always included from your pick-up point to the trailhead and back.
For one-way hikes, we bring you back to your starting point or car at the end.

Cancellation Policy
Free cancellation up to 24 h before your scheduled hike or transfer.
Cancellations made within 24 h may incur a fee.

Tourist Fee (How to Pay)
Some trails require a government entry fee, which must be paid in advance via the official Portal Simplifica.
Please make sure that your entry slot (30-minute time slot) is confirmed before starting the walk, as access is only permitted during the allocated time window.
